In order to provide the best customer service, we allow store visits by appointments only. This is to ensure that you receive our full attention and privacy as you try our products. Our long appointment blocks ensure that you have the time necessary to fully test our products without making a hasty decision. If the time you’re looking for is unavailable, please contact us to see if we can make an arrangement.

Q: What are the store hours?

A: We are open 7 AM to 7 Pm 7 days a week, however in order to provide the best customer service we are only open for those who have made an appointment.

 

Q: How long does my appointment last?

A: We block off 3 hours for each appointment. This is to ensure that you have time to fully get accustomed to our horns, mutes, and mouthpieces with privacy. Customer don’t need to use the entire time if they don’t need it. If you would like to spend more than 3 hours at the store, please contact us so that we can make an arrangement.

 

Q: I am in Memphis, and would love to visit the store, but have not made an appointment. Can I stop by?

A: We would love to see you, but we can not allow walk ins from those who have not made appointments. If you are in town and would like to visit, please call us to see if there is an opening available.

 

Q: Can I bring other people with me?

A: Yes! When you book an appointment, it becomes your time. You are welcome to bring family and friends with you to try our products, give you feedback, or just look around! Please contact us and let us know how many will be coming with you.

 

Q: Can I book an appointment to stay at the shop during my horn’s Horn Spa service?

A: You are welcome to book an appointment to come and stay while we perform Horn Spa services, but due to insurance policies, we cannot allow customers into the workshop. Please note that you must book the same time for both your horn and yourself.
