Built for professionals and aspiring artists, Balu Musik is proud to present a custom double French horn, made in the US, that sings like no other in its class.  This instrument will be your soul brother or sister ready to accompany you on your musical journey. Have your own customizable horn built to your specifications at the price of a factory horn.

A custom Balu Fratris/Sororis horn starts with parts sourced from some of the most highly respected overseas machine shops specifically chosen by Mr. Balu.  By starting with high quality parts built to his precise specifications Ion will customize your horn to maximize your horn’s playing potential.  As one of the most free blowing horns in its class, Ion is one of the few custom horn makers in the world able to fabricate a one piece F branch, eliminating an extra ferrule and restrictive air flow.  All horns come with a custom Balu leadpipe selected by Ion.  Parts sourced from China, US, Japan and Germany.

On-site Fitting Session 

• Lead pipe fitting session with Ion Balu

One day (up to 2 – 2hrs sessions morning and afternoon) with on site playing evaluation by Mr. Balu to help the hornist select the lead pipe that best suits their playing attributes and their new horn.  We can laser engrave the serial number on the bell if desired.
