The Paxman Model 25M
This awesome Paxman has been owned by Marc Almond, the new CSO Principal. This horn is in perfect cosmetic and playing order. Marc played this horn extensively while he was Principal horn with San Francisco Symphony.
This horn builds on the Model 20 design, incorporating the added advantage of Paxman’s unique dual bore system. At the heart of this design is the Merewether System, which ensures that airflow travels in the same direction on both the F and Bb horns, minimizing disruption from the turning rotor.
